In this challenging economic climate, it is critical for employers to invest in skills and training to increase business competitiveness.
TNG work with businesses to identify training needs of existing employees and those at risk including; pre-employment training, recruitment, mentoring support, qualifications and sector specific short courses to increase productivity, meet employer requirements and close identified skills gaps.
TNG provide sector based qualifications in the workplace, through the Train to Gain and Apprenticeships provisions, supporting individuals to remain and progress in work and developing Skills Escalators to support access to progression through our Leadership and Management Academy.
Our tailored service ensures employers receive a seamless, single point of access to the support available. TNGs Employer Engagement Team build relationships with employers, with Account Managers conducting Organisational Needs Analysis (ONAs) to identify and support existing and developing business and workforce development needs. This includes; SWOT analysis, work experience opportunities to enable participant access, promotion of unadvertised vacancies and Training Needs Analysis for existing employees. |
We're a keen advocate of developing our staff and have a number of people who are training to become future team leaders. The work we've done with TNG is for these people to conduct practice interviews with people from TNG who are looking for real interview practice. This has worked really well for all the people involved and the feedback we received from people attending the interviews was fantastic.
