Home Success through Partnership
Success through Partnership

We have always recognised the importance and value of working in partnership to broaden our delivery offer and by working with others we believe we can add even greater value. Our aim is to offer a flexible, high quality ‘one-stop’ shop of support, training and advice services for both people and organisational development and local partnerships are key to our success in achieving this.

By working in partnership with like-minded organisations we aim to help people become more employable, improve their skills and find satisfying and sustainable work, and support employers to develop their businesses and achieve success in today’s demanding market place.

Our commitment to working with partners ensures that we can offer a national reach and local touch approach to tackling the issues and supporting people to change their lives for the better.

Partner of the Year 2009: Warrington Disability Partnership

Warrington Disability Partnership was awarded the Partner of the Year Award in 2009 for their consistent and pro-active approach to the Pathways to Work contract which has led to excellent results for customers who have volunteered on the programme.

During the time we have worked with them, Warrington Disability Partnership has organised several successful events which have promoted the Pathways to Work programme and created an opportunity for TNG to work more closely with other specialist organisations and sectors with whom our customers and staff can benefit from.
