Debra, 46, had completed an ECDL course, yet she still struggled to find a job.

When Debra joined TNG on a Business Administration course her confidence was low. Her Personal Job Adviser helped her to update her CV and supported her with job applications forms to apply for various roles.

Over a few weeks with TNG, Debra was offered a work placement at a nursing home for six months. This placement helped Debra to believe in her own ability as well as boosting her confidence. Whilst on the placement, Debra also applied for a job as a receptionist and she was successfully offered the position.
