Kimberly, 19, was studying but decided to get a job instead. Joining TNG has much improved Kimberley’s confidence in getting a job. TNG helped her with writing her CV and speculative letters.
She also attended self-development courses which vastly improved her self esteem.
With the help and resources she had, Kimberley was successful in gaining a job at a leisure resort. This was not her ideal sector to work in as she was hoping to gain an administration post. She has not given up on this. Shealso has not given up on gaining her degree either and hopes to complete this with the Open University.
