Tracey, 46, has been working in a Bingo Hall for 10 years.

The help Tracey received in putting together a CV and writing speculative letters has really benefitted her.  She was received two invitations to interviews and gained a job.

TNG has given Tracey the confidenceand skills to obtain employment.  She is relieved that she no longer has to sign on, and also removed the risk of having to move home as they will have the money to stay put.

Tracey has really enjoyed the JAC training modules in Care.  It has sparked further interest in study and is keen to get training in the Care sector and gain NVQ qualifications.
