Skills for Jobs is a pre-employment programme available to individuals aged 19+, living in the London Boroughs of Barnet, Enfield, Haringey or Waltham Forest. They must have permission to work in the UK and either be educated to below NVQ Level 2 or be in need of an alternative qualification for employment in a growth sector.

Individuals are provided with one to one support with job search, CVs, job matching and interview preparation.

Once employed, the aim is to offer the individual the opportunity to undertake a Train to Gain qualification to build on their existing skills and experience and improve their chances of progression within their chosen career.
