Working with you and your staff who are at risk of facing redundancy or have recently been made redundant, we will provide a range of support to ensure the transition is simple and straightforward, including:

  • Help to identify transferable employability skills
  • Training to update skills needed for a specific employment sector
  • Pre-employment training to provide skills to enter a different occupation or sector
  • Advice about preparing a CV, jobsearch techniques and interview practice

 

What’s more, they will receive continued support once in employment and have access to further training in a new job.
