How to handle redundancy

Restructuring is essential for businesses to survive in the current economic climate, often resulting in redundancies. It can be a challenging time for both the employer and the individual but TNG can minimise the impact and provide support and guidance during this difficult time.

 

TNGs Response to Redundancy programme (R2R) offers support to both employers who are forced to make redundancies and individuals who are under notice of redundancy or are newly redundant. Linked to the Jobcentre Plus Rapid Response Service, the programme provides advice and guidance to assess the existing skills of individuals, and works with these individuals to provide training in order to improve their opportunities and help them move back into work as efficiently as possible.

 

The range of support on offer will make the transition easier, and we will continue to support individuals into new employment and beyond.
