Over 50 or Under 19?

Over 50 and looking for a job?

It's never too late to get back to work. TNG recognises that mature people have many valuable skills to offer in a job.

If you are aged over 50 we can help you build on these skills and get a job. We’ll work with you to develop your CV, improve your interview techniques and will provide you with the training and support you need to overcome any barriers you face in returning to work.

What's more, we already have a bank of employers that we are working with that recognise the value people over 50 bring to the workplace.

Under 19 - not sure what to do?

If you feel your life is going nowhere, you’re 16 and over, you've left school but aren't in training and don’t have a job. You feel others are making choices and moving ahead. Take control with a TNG Apprenticeship.

TNG Apprenticeship starts by giving you time to look at your needs, rather than fitting you into a programme. It has no set start/finish time - it can last as long as you need.

TNG Apprenticeship builds both skills and confidence to help you make a real choice of further training or a job. By focusing on what you want and what you need it provides opportunities to gain qualifications and skills, to experience a range of different jobs, to meet new people, make new friends and share experiences.

Open doors to a future you didn’t know existed.
