The Pre-Employment Training Programme is designed to help unemployed individuals address their barriers to work, improving their chances of securing employment.

Following an initial basic assessment of their requirements, the programme offers group activities which provide individuals with pathways to employment, including confidence building modules, workplace skills and job search, all of which are underpinned by one-to-one mentoring.
