Pathways to Work represents a key part of the Government’s aims to help:

• One million people move off Incapacity Benefits by 2015
• More Incapacity Benefit customers move into suitable work
• Reduce the gap between the percentage of disabled and non-disabled people in work
• Reduce the number of children in workless households
