Flexible New Deal provides support and opportunities to people currently claiming Jobseekers Allowance helping them get work and stay in work.

If an individual is claiming JSA or a health-related benefit, it will be a condition of their benefit that they participate in Flexible New Deal. Following referral from Jobcentre Plus, individuals will work with a TNG adviser to develop a work focused Action Plan and will have access to a range of support activities designed to meet their needs.
