TNG’s Employment Zone (EZ) assists long term unemployed and lone parents to find and stay in employment. Personal advisers help and support individuals during their time on programme.

The majority of EZ customers are mandatory customers (18-24 yrs and out of work for over six months or over 25 yrs and out of work for 18 months) referred to us by Jobcentre Plus. In addition, lone parents are able to access the wider range of programmes we offer on a voluntary basis.
