Kevin, 49, was working for a large national utilities company providing maitenance service contracts to residential households.  He unfortunately recently lost this job but joined the TNG ESF PET programme straight away.

TNG has helped him build up his confidence which has led to him becoming pro-active in job search activities.  He found the help with completion of application forms particularly useful.  He has also gained his Health & Safety and First Aid certificates.

He has been successful in gaining employment within two months in the programme.  He has been offered a job as a support worker, subject to pre-employment checks.  He found his time at the TNG programme a very positive and intend to carry on coming to TNG to help with tracking.
