Nikki, 31 from Cambridge previously worked as a customer service assistant, and made a decision to leave her position in 2004 due to personal reasons.

She joined TNG in February 2010 on the FND Programme; Nikki’s adviser Jim Ashcroft assisted her with updating her CV, on building up her interview skills and her confidence.

Within a few months on the programme, Nikki was offered a part-time position (20hrs a week) as a sales assistant at Primark. She is enjoying her new role and her plan is to go into full-time employment within the organisation.
