Apprenticeships are work based training programmes designed for current and future employees aged 16 or over. They give individuals the right skills and training they need to do a particular job well and allow them to learn on the job, build up knowledge and skills, gain qualifications and earn money at the same time.
Well trained individuals are better motivated and more efficient, so Apprenticeships can benefit employees and employers alike. The future of any business can be enhanced by the investment it makes in its people and Apprenticeships equip individuals with the skills and knowledge to do a job better. Apprenticeships cover a range of technical and vocational skills, and keep people up to date, helping your business to remain ahead of the competition. With better trained, motivated and more disciplined staff with you for longer, you will be able to develop future managers from within your organisation.
Apprenticeships are well structured, but will require commitment from you as an employer. Most of the training for an Apprenticeship takes place on-the job which you will be expected to provide. You will also be expected to ensure that your apprentice receives the help and support they need throughout the duration of their training. As with any other employee, an apprentice will be your responsibility.
TNG offer Apprenticeship training in the following areas:
Note: Apprenticeships are funded, meaning little or no cost to your business.

We believe our apprenticeship programme is a positive example of what a true apprenticeship should be, giving young adults the opportunity to gain experience and qualifications within their chosen career and be provided with the opportunity of continuous training and development.
