Our Organisational Needs Analysis (ONA) will provide you with an opportunity to look at both the current and future needs of your business and workforce, and to identify those areas where you need to develop new skills or competence. By doing this, we ensure that any activity carried out has a positive impact on both the individuals concerned and the organisation as a whole.

- Aims and objectives of the organisation
- Current organisational structure
- Current learning and workforce development activity
What level of skills does your workforce have now, and what do they need in order to meet and exceed future demands?
Once completed, the ONA will provide you with a very clear picture of where there are potential skills gaps and areas for development within your workforce; it will also provide recommendations about possible solutions open to you that could help meet these needs.
