CareClub 365


CareClub 365 is a training and support network for small independent Care Homes, Domiciliary Care Agencies, Agency Care Staff, Voluntary – run care homes and Community Care Homes.

 

Members of the network will enjoy the opportunity of selecting the training they need where and when they want. They'll be involved developing training courses and be able to access advice and support. Through being a member of the Club, you'll get help to deliver your training needs as well as support and advice through CareClub 365 online.

 

For a modest joining subscription and then a monthly fee based on staff numbers, all essential training can be covered.

 

We will work with all network members to develop a training calendar that will be circulated to all network members. The calendar would detail the different types of training events we will offer at appropriate locations around the country – members can then choose the ones they wish to participate in.

We are beginning to offer a wide range of course online with online assessment and in some cases field assessment. Members of CareClub 365 will be offered discounts on our present courses and those being offered soon. They include:

• Customer Service Level 2

• Team Building Level 2
