Advance 365 launched in Autumn 2006, initially offering support for NVQs together with a series of 3-hour management sessions which can be taken separately or in blocks as part of a recognised qualification.

Many courses taken on-line are accredited by internationally-recognised bodies such as the Institute of Leadership and management (ILM).
