Farooq Ahmad

Farooq, 38, was keen to pursue his career as a driver but wasn’t confident that he would be successful getting through an the interview process for a career with First Bus.

Luckily for him, TNG’s First Bus pre-recruitment programme provided him with the training and encouragement he needed to prepare him for the interview process.  The course was very intensive, but after the first week, it was obvious how much Farooq had gained confidence and had developed skills in customer service, health and safety and interview preparation.

Farooq was successful in passing all the stages of the recruitment process.  He has been offered a position with First Bus Group and about to start his PCV licence training shortly.
